COURT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
The following is a list of Tennis Court Maintenance services:

OPENING AND CLOSING PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE
SPRING OPENING PROGRAMS
Install Sand, if necessary, and Groom.
Apply Iron Sulfate and Clorox for moss control.
Sand, prime and paint net posts (black or green) as needed.
Owner’s net shall be installed upon completion.
Power Wash Court.
Install Sand, if necessary, and Groom.
Apply Iron Sulfate and Clorox for moss control.
Sand, prime and paint net posts (black or green).
Owner’s net shall be installed upon completion.
Clean surface of court of all debris and “dead material” – Remove debris from property.
Scarify court surface with steel drag mat. Patch low areas and intermix a total of
TWO TONS OF SURFACE MATERIAL.
Water and roll surface until firm and resilient.
Install marking lines, using 2” White lines, firmly held in place with 2 ½ inch aluminum nails.
Owner’s net shall be installed upon completion.
COURT CLOSING PROGRAM
The following is a list of Tennis Court services included in the Closing Program:
- Remove tennis net and center strap.
- Bag individually and store on site, at owner's direction.
- Lubricate all net posts and winders and remove and store, at owner's direction.
- Blow off court and remove and dirt and debris that may have accumulated.
Additional Services Offered:
Storage of Net, poles, windscreens at Century Tennis
WOODEN NET POST MAINTENANCE
Remove wooden net post and store in a dry closed facility at owner's direction. In spring apply two coats of polyurethane.
WINDSCREEN REMOVAL
Remove all windscreens,netting, snap hooks, mark selections, fold and store in plastic bag in dry closed facility at owner's direction.
